Yayasan Manusia Kolektif Indonesia is a registered Indonesian nonprofit foundation dedicated to advancing economic equity through the Impact Sourcing ecosystem.
Mission
Our core activities include community empowerment, market access for local products, vocational training and work-readiness programs, and inclusive outsourcing services for companies. Flagship initiatives include green entrepreneurship incubation, regenerative agriculture, and workforce certification programs.
Vision
We envision an Indonesia where systemic barriers to economic participation are dismantled — where vulnerable communities and persons with disabilities are not only included in economic activity, but are empowered to lead and sustain it.

Under her leadership, the organization drives inclusive economic growth through Impact Sourcing, connecting vulnerable communities and persons with disabilities to sustainable livelihood opportunities across Indonesia.
